Sunset Villa was rebuilt from the ground up after Hurricane Irma and completed in January 2020. It's a quiet, substantial home — 8-inch walls, 6-inch slabs, generous indoor and outdoor space — designed to disappear behind the view of Pillsbury Sound and the west side of St. John.
Three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a half bath, a full kitchen, a spacious living room, and three different outdoor spaces — including a rooftop terrace with tiki bar and a wraparound sunset deck.
